Static Billboards

Material Deadline:
Skins  available 5 working days before the commencement of the contract. If Ad-Vantage Media is printing the skin we require the artwork 7 working days before the commencement of the contract.
We can collect from Auckland based printing companies. Rotation of skins done 2-3 days of the change-out date at months end. All installs are subject to weather conditions and access to the property. Any delays in delivery of the skins will not release the advertiser from the terms and conditions of the contract.

Application:
All our billboards are standard wrap and staple installations. Depending on the quality some vinyls may fail after 10+ installation / rotations.

Post Campaign:
We can store the skins at the end of the campaign for a maximum of 3 months and then they will be recycled. Please advise if you wish to keep the skins.

Artwork Specifications:
Our Printer can accept the following file formats:
Acrobat PDF (preferred - please supply at 10% of final size with 5cm bleed on all edges & no crop marks). InDesign, Photoshop , Illustrator

Compressed Files
Photoshop files must be CMYK and supplied at 10% of the final size with a recommended minimum resolution of 300dpi in the following formats: .tiff, .psd & Photoshop .eps. Please flatten files before sending. They must also be linked to the document and set at 10% of the size of your billboard with 5mm bleed on all edges. Please do not imbed linked Photoshop files.

Please ensure that any crop marks are outside the bleed area.
Please convert all text to paths or supply all fonts required for the job.
Make sure that all overprints are turned off.

Artwork can be supplied on a disk in a Macintosh format, we accept CD, DVD, email and use of our FTP. (Please contact us for login details)

Please supply a list of Pantone colours if you require any colours to match PMS standards. If possible, supply a signed off, colour approved proof, to ensure the print is correct at output.
Please note: A prepress fee will be charged if these specs are not met
